I grew up with home-cooked Austrian and German cuisine, and great food has always been my passion. The Bauernschmaus Restaurant has been a staple in Edmonton for over forty-five years. I took the reins four years ago. Our food is as delicious and spectacular as it was back when the doors were opened in the seventies.

I love what I do. Seeing the positive reactions to our fun, family-friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and tasty desserts never fails to make my day. My motto is consistently excellent food equals awesome, loyal customers.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to quality, tradition, and progress. While the old way of doing things leads to authenticity, innovation is encouraged and appreciated.

I attribute my success to my fantastic team and loyal customers who have been visiting us for generations. Our hard work and dedication to delivering mouth-watering food and the best customer service make us one of the best restaurants in Edmonton.

Our longevity and continued success have given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different interests and hobbies. However, I most enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
